Go to Online store > Themes > Current theme > Customize and select Contact form.
Include clear instructions on how to use the form and set up an automated acknowledgment email to inform customers that their inquiry has been received. Additionally, make sure to respond promptly to customer inquiries to provide excellent customer service.
