Go to Online store > Themes > Current theme > Customize and select Newsletter.

Text size | Set a size for the text. |
Enable optin | Boolean to enable or disable optin. |
Privacy policy link | Link the privacy policy text to a certain page. |
Terms & conditions link | Link the terms & conditions text to a certain page. |
